Our central heating systems are installed to all building and gas regulations, fully guaranteed and fitted by corgi registered installers. You will be issued a benchmark card on completion, which certifies that the system is installed to Part L of the building regulations. Energy Efficiency
 The boiler efficiency database shows the efficiency of most gas and oil fired boilers installed in the UK. Current and obsolete models are updated monthly. The database can be viewed on line at www.boilers.org.uk; the site also incorporates a simple interactive annual fuel cost estimator.
Always look for the Energy Efficiency logo in the sales literature for your new condensing boiler and other central heating controls like Room thermostats.
Central Heating & Boiler Servicing & Repairs
Having your boiler serviced annually is just as important as your cars MOT. Infrequent or lack of servicing means that your boiler is more likely to suffer a breakdown, resulting in inconvenient and sometimes costly repairs. It will also help to prevent potential carbon monoxide incidents and improve gas efficiency, which will ultimately reduce your fuel bills. Our Service Plan includes:
 General inspection of the overall condition and performance of the boiler- Observing the boiler in operation
- Cleaning and monitor the following components:
- Flue and flue terminal
- Combustion fan/fan unit (where fitted)
- Pilot Burner
- Main Burner
- Main Heat Exchanger
- Condensate Trap & Drain (condensing boiler)
- Gaskets and Seals
- Gas Safety and Carbon Monoxide Test (optional)
- Issue of a Gas Safety Certificate or Landlords Safety Certificate (optional)
Powerflush
If your central heating system shows any signs of cold spots, poor circulation, noise, system blockages, expensive bills and/or dirty system water, then both you and your system will benefit from a Power flush.
Our staff will be able to clean out your system, and in one procedure, with no mess or fuss, restore your central heating back to full working order. Once the system has been cleaned, the heating circuit is refilled and an inhibitor (chemical) is added to protect the system in the future.
